Radon/Indoor Air Quality
IAQ testing is the common term used for air testing in a buildings. Studies have shown that today’s population spend over 80% of their time indoors, which has created many IAQ-related issues. A basic IAQ test includes carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature and relative humidity.
Additional testing parameters can include total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), dust, allergens, mould, radon, lead-based paint, methamphetamine (surface wipe samples), cocaine (surface wipe samples), tobacco and marijuana smoke (air and surface wipe samples), swabs, and many types of particulate. Each IAQ assessment is customized to suit each client’s situation and concerns.
